Shipping Policy

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).

USA delivery

• Standard: 5–8 business days
• Express: 2–3 business days (from shipment)

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address. Orders ship from Florida, USA.

Tracking

We will email you the tracking number. Make sure your address is correct; we are not responsible for incorrect addresses (reshipping has an extra cost).

Restrictions

Some methods may not be available for PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or territories. We currently ship within the United States only.

If we cannot ship on time

In compliance with the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule: if we cannot ship your order within the time stated at checkout (or within 30 days if no time was stated), we will notify you promptly and give you the choice between agreeing to a new shipment date or cancelling your order for a full and prompt refund.

Lost packages

If your tracking has not moved in 10 business days or the package is lost, email support@aromivra.com (reshipment or refund).

Multi-item orders may ship in several packages at no extra cost.
