By accessing and purchasing at aromivra.com (the “Store”), you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. The store
aromivra.com is operated by Aromivra, located in Florida, United States, email support@aromivra.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase from the Store. By purchasing, you declare that the information you provide is truthful.
3. Orders and acceptance
- Completing checkout constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation by email.
- We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order, including orders with obvious pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order already charged, we will refund you in full and promptly.
4. Pricing, taxes, and errors
All prices are in US dollars (USD). We do our best to display accurate prices; if a product shows an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Sales tax may be added at checkout based on your shipping address, as required by applicable state law.
5. Payments
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By paying, you authorize the charge for the order total. Processing is handled securely by our payment provider; we do not store your card numbers on our servers. If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us first at support@aromivra.com.
6. Shipping
Processing and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. In compliance with the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if we cannot ship within the time stated at checkout we will notify you promptly and offer you the choice of agreeing to a new shipment date or cancelling your order for a full and prompt refund. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery.

8. Product information
We strive to display our products and their features accurately. Product images are illustrative and colors may vary depending on your screen. Products are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.
9. Product warranties
Where the manufacturer offers a warranty, it applies according to its terms; warranty details are available upon request at support@aromivra.com. EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above may not apply to you.
10. Health and cosmetic products
Cosmetic and personal-care products sold in the Store are for cosmetic use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Follow the instructions on the label, discontinue use if irritation occurs, and consult a professional if you have a medical condition.
11. California Proposition 65

12. Intellectual property
All site content (text, images, logos, design) is the property of Aromivra or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written authorization is not permitted.
13. Prohibited conduct
Using the Store for unlawful purposes, attempting to breach its security, extracting data through automated means without permission, or interfering with its operation is prohibited.

The site may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
15. Disclaimer of warranties
The Store is provided “as is” and “as available”, without express or implied warranties beyond those required by applicable law.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aromivra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Store. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so the above may not apply to you.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aromivra against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Store.
18. Dispute resolution
We will always try to resolve any issue together first: contact support@aromivra.com and allow us 30 days to address your concern. If we cannot resolve it, any dispute shall be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration or to a jury trial. You may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing support@aromivra.com with the subject “Arbitration Opt-Out”. Either party may still bring an individual claim in small claims court.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
20. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with the policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aromivra regarding the Store.
21. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will be the one published on this page, with its update date.
